About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize marketing automation across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns for various courses. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM integration, preferably within the EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Automation & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize Email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement.
- Set up and manage automation workflows for lead scoring, segmentation, and retargeting.
- Monitor and enhance customer journeys through automated marketing funnels.
2. Lead Lifecycle Management
- Track and manage the lead pipeline from acquisition to conversion.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure seamless lead handover.
- Implement strategies for re-engagement and retention of potential learners.
3. CRM & Data Management
- Manage and maintain CRM integrations for lead tracking and segmentation.
- Analyze customer data to improve targeting and campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory guidelines.
4. Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor key KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
- Generate insights and reports to optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing automation (preferably in EdTech).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Leadsquared preferred) and marketing analytics.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lead nurturing, and retention strategies.
- Basic knowledge of email template customization is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
