Grievance Redressal Cell

All formal grievances are taken up by the Grievance Redressal Cell, as approved by the Competent Authority.

All registered grievances are taken up and deliberated as per the norms of MeitY and E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur.

The four member grievance redressal committee consists of an IITK Faculty, an Industry

Representative, a Legal Counsel of EICT Academy, and EICT Academy Representative. The committee meets every quarter.
