HR Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Executive to manage core HR operations including recruitment, attendance and leave tracking, and HRMS (HROne) implementation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of supporting a growing workforce through efficient and well-structured HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Track employee attendance and leave records on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with company leave policies and maintain accurate documentation.

HROne Implementation & HR Operations

  • Oversee the deployment and smooth functioning of the HROne system.
  • Manage HR data and generate required reports using the HRMS platform.

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Address routine employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave management.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive, transparent, and professional work culture.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (experience in EdTech, IT, or services preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, with HROne preferred.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
