Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Executive to manage core HR operations including recruitment, attendance and leave tracking, and HRMS (HROne) implementation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of supporting a growing workforce through efficient and well-structured HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, interviews, and offer coordination.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Track employee attendance and leave records on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with company leave policies and maintain accurate documentation.
HROne Implementation & HR Operations
- Oversee the deployment and smooth functioning of the HROne system.
- Manage HR data and generate required reports using the HRMS platform.
Employee Engagement & Support
- Address routine employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave management.
- Contribute to fostering a positive, transparent, and professional work culture.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (experience in EdTech, IT, or services preferred).
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, with HROne preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
