About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer (PPTs) who can create engaging, well-structured, and visually appealing presentation decks for academic and professional training programs. The ideal candidate should be skilled in instructional design principles and content visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for courses, training programs, and workshops.
- Structure complex content into clear, learner-friendly slides.
- Apply instructional design principles to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and faculty to understand course objectives.
- Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and visual style across all presentations.
- Incorporate visuals, diagrams, icons, and infographics to support learning.
- Review and revise presentations based on feedback and academic standards.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer or PPT Developer.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced features, layouts, animations).
- Understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- Ability to simplify technical or academic content into effective visual narratives.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience with e-learning tools or LMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma.
- Exposure to ed-tech or academic training environments.
