About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our portfolio of courses. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage end-to-end performance marketing across multiple digital channels, optimise campaigns using data-driven insights, and work closely with cross-functional teams to scale marketing efforts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the digital marketing strategy with a focus on growth, user acquisition, and revenue while optimising CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other sponsored publisher channels.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, optimise conversion funnels, and maximise marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to craft compelling ad creatives and landing pages that improve engagement and conversions.
  • Implement growth loops and A/B testing frameworks to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with Tech, Product, and Data Analytics teams to build automation, improve tracking, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging performance marketing tactics to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing in a high-growth B2C startup, preferably within the EdTech sector.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing large-scale performance marketing budgets and optimising for CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other paid acquisition channels.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach to growth challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in project management and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
