Role Overview

As a Product Operations Associate at E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur, you will be instrumental in driving the development and execution of innovative online learning and self-paced courses. This role demands a balance of strong execution, operational efficiency, and a deep understanding of the edtech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Develop and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and learner needs.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in online education.

2. Faculty & Schedule Coordination

  • Work closely with faculty and instructors to finalize course schedules, session plans, and batch timelines.
  • Coordinate session dates, content readiness, and program structure prior to launch.

3. Program Operations

  • Ensure that all program details are accurately updated on the Learning Management System (LMS) including schedules, materials, and class links.
  • Monitor batch progress and ensure operational readiness for every session.

4. Customer & Learner Focus

  • Engage with students, educators, and corporate partners to gather feedback and address pain points.
  • Advocate for the learner experience, ensuring that features enhance usability and accessibility.

5. Learner Engagement & Communication

  • Engage with enrolled learners to share program updates, reminders, and key announcements.
  • Ensure learners stay informed and engaged throughout the program.

6. Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Collect structured feedback from learners during and after the program.
  • Analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement in curriculum, delivery, and learner experience.
  • Work with internal teams to incorporate improvements into future batches.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management within edtech.
  • Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS), course delivery models, and user engagement strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
