Position Overview

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling, creative, and engaging content for platforms like X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, Reddit and others.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and execute social media campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to build brand loyalty and awareness.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) to optimize campaigns.
  • Social Listening: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, new tools, and platforms to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience in Edtech preferred.
  • Need to have managed accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, X.
  • Must have had prior experience building organic following.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience with brand and content marketing.
