Step-by-Step Process to Avail Scholarship
Follow these simple steps to complete your scholarship application.
Register Your Interest
Submit your basic details and preferred course through the online EICTA scholarship form.
Obtain HOD Recommendation
Get a recommendation letter from your HOD on official letterhead, duly signed and stamped.
Submit Documents to EICTA
Email the recommendation letter and HOD's email confirmation to fdp@eicta.iitk.ac.in for validation.
Receive Scholarship Confirmation
The EICTA Consortium verifies your documents and sends an official confirmation letter.
Accept & Enroll
Confirm acceptance within the deadline and complete enrollment to begin your learning journey.
Eligibility Check
- Full-time faculty member
- Institution must be UGC & AICTE-approved
- Valid Faculty ID card
- HOD recommendation on official letterhead
Document Submission
Email documents to fdp@eicta.iitk.ac.in. Ensure your HOD sends an email confirmation from their official email ID to facilitate verification.
