Dr. Suvendu is an Assistant Professor at IIT Kanpur’s Department of Management Sciences, specializing in Business Analytics and Digital Transformation. With over 15+ years of experience spanning academia and industry, he has led digital and analytics-driven initiatives at several multinational firms before transitioning to academia. A Ph.D. from IIM Calcutta and MBA from IIM Kozhikode, his expertise lies in leveraging AI, IoT, and data analytics to drive business strategy and transformation. His teaching blends real-world experience with research insights, helping professionals understand and lead digital change effectively.

Naveen Chandra V. is a product leader and digital transformation executive specializing in building AI-native platforms and driving large-scale digital transformations. He recently served as a Vice President of Digital (Product & Technology) at Quess Corp/ Bluspring, where he architected cross-subsidiary digital ecosystems and unified workflows post a demerger driving digital transformation. Over his 20+ year career, Naveen Chandra worked in product management at various firms , led global product strategies, built ML -driven customer experience suites, and multi-market e-commerce marketplaces across India, Africa and Southeast Asia for organizations including SCG Digital , Flytxt.ai, NICE Satmetrix, Sify & Honeywell.
